Automotive-grade high-speed CAN FD transceiver with remote wake up and fault protection
NCA1145 is a high-speed CAN transceiver providing an interface between a Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol controller and the physical two-wire CAN bus. NCA1145-Q1 provides Standby mode and Sleep mode with low power consumption, supports selective wake-up function in accordance with ISO 11898-2. NCA1145-Q1 provides an SPI interface to control transceiver mode operation and retrieve status information.
