High-reliability two-channel bi-directional I2C digital isolator
The NSi8100NC is a high-reliability bi-directional l2C digital isolator, providing bidirectional isolation of two channels. It provides UL1577-qualified electrical isolated withstand voltage of 3.75kVrms, with high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation. It supports I2C clock at a frequency up to 2MHZ, with the common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 100kV/μs. The wide power supply range allows them to be directly connected to digital interfaces such as most of the MCUs, and can easily provide bidirectional level conversion. Its excellent system-level electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance enhances its reliability and stability. The MSL rating of the NSi8100NC is MSL 3.
